Shape, details and use

Discover Coocoo

Coocoo has more detail on the front than the back. Its stars form the eyes above a rounded, feathered belly, while the side view shows the wings. The creator examples use orange and a warm internal glow; choose your own colour for the shelf or table where the owl will stand.

The selected print is one complete body, with no separate printed eye pieces or base. Original digital bounds are about 9.7 × 7.7 × 10 cm, useful for a first placement comparison. They are not measured finished-product dimensions.

The fixed price is for the printed holder only, intended for a suitable LED light. The light and battery are excluded, and a real flame is outside the offer. For a custom fit, provide the light dimensions and how its switch is reached. Coocoo is offered as decoration, with no toy or child-nightlight certification claim.

Print time and material for Coocoo

One complete Coocoo printed owl holder for a suitable LED light only. The LED and battery are excluded; no real flame. Electrical hardware and assembly are not included. The calculation covers all 1 printed parts at the original model scale.

Estimated print timeca. 2 h 4 min
Estimated filament weightca. 51.6 g PLA
Print plates1

These are Bambu Studio estimates for printing the plastic parts. Holder, cable, light source, assembly and shipping are excluded from this machine time and filament weight. Print time is not delivery time.

A different scale, colour or print setting can change the outcome. Millimetres were assumed for source files without a specified unit. The calculation does not confirm physical fit, finished dimensions or electrical properties.

Lamp guide

Which way should the Coocoo owl face?

Turn the two star-shaped eyes towards the place from which you will usually see it. The back carries feather relief but no second pair of star eyes. On a shelf, the owl is easiest to recognise when its front faces into the room.

Compare the front and side

The front shows the paired eyes and rounded belly; an angled view also reveals a wing. Try the intended position from your normal seat before settling on the angle. The creator lighting example helps with appearance, but a different LED may not reproduce its glow.

Leave access to the light

Think about reaching the switch and changing the battery as well as fitting the light inside. For a custom arrangement, describe its outer dimensions, switch position and any cable. A similar-looking LED is not automatically an assessed match.

One original body in the production reference

The complete original owl is sliced once, at its original scale, on one plate with no supports. Scaling changes the available space for a light and needs a new review. The order covers the printed holder; add no assumption that an LED is supplied.

One face on a table seen from two sides

On a table between two seats, one person may see the eyes while the other mostly sees the back. Try a slightly angled position and look from both seats before choosing the final direction. Wings and feather relief continue around the body, but the stars are only on the front. A shelf against a wall makes that choice simpler: face the owl into the room and leave enough space to pick the holder up when reaching the light.

Colour also changes how prominent the owl is during the day. The orange source example emphasises the face; a colour close to your shelf or wall gives the outline less contrast. A different colour does not guarantee the same glow through the eyes. Assess how your own LED can be inserted and operated separately. If you want another scale, the space inside needs a new assessment too: enlarging the owl alone does not establish a suitable light-module fit.
