A requested date is not a delivery promise. Include date, quantity, size, colour and use; feasibility, capacity, price and schedule are confirmed after assessment.

A catalogue image is a starting point

It does not prove stock, commercial reproduction rights for every requested modification, load capacity or delivery on your chosen date. These are checked for the requested execution.

Food contact, children, electricity, heat and outdoor exposure need an assessment appropriate to the actual product. Do not infer suitability from the category or photograph.

How does a ready design differ from custom design or assembly?

A catalogue enquiry starts from the selected model and its rights. A new shape or changed geometry needs a separate design assessment. Components and assembly are included only when explicitly agreed; selecting a catalogue model does not commission a complete assembly.

How do I request a quote for a particular model?

Use Request a quote beside that model. WhatsApp opens with its name and stable OT number. Add quantity, size, preferred colour, use, date and delivery postcode/country before sending.

Why is there no fixed price beside the image?

Size, material, print time, finishing and quantity affect the quote. We assess the requested execution first. A catalogue image does not establish stock or a delivery promise.

Am I buying a file or a physical print?

This catalogue is a starting point for commissioning a physical printed object. Source files are not sold or supplied as downloads here.

Can a model be resized or modified?

Send the required dimensions and what must fit. We check the model licence and geometry before accepting a modification. Scaling also changes thin features, openings and joints; design work and any trial are quoted separately.

Found a model?

Include the OT number. We assess the execution.

Send the preferred date, quantity, colour, size, use and destination. Assessment and a quote come before production and scheduling.
