Clear terms for website use and direct orders.
These terms apply to omnitechs.nl and keychains, lamps and vases purchased through its direct order flow. Other customer assignments use separately confirmed written agreements.

Information and offers
We aim to keep public information current and accurate. ONE, LOCAL and COMPANY annual plans show a starting annual price; the final scope, price, payment and what happens after the plan year are defined in a written proposal. An enquiry does not create a subscription. The separate Solution Sprint retains its published boundaries. Earlier packages, quotations and orders keep their agreed terms. A Solution Session is a paid 90-minute introduction costing €150 excluding VAT (€181.50 including VAT). If either party decides not to continue afterwards, OmniTechs refunds the full amount; if an assignment follows, the amount is credited against it. A technical 3D review costs €30 including VAT and is credited against a print order for the same request. Custom keychain prices are shown including and excluding VAT; a ring and Netherlands shipping are included. Calculators give nonbinding starting indications only. Other assignments arise only after written confirmation of work, price and terms.
Direct custom keychain orders
For /en/custom-keychains, the customer checks design, quantity, colour, NFC choice, delivery address and full amount before ordering. Fifty percent is paid through Stripe at order placement; the remaining fifty percent is charged only after delivery. OmniTechs sends a design proof before production. Orders of up to fifty pieces are delivered within ten working days after the customer approves that proof. Larger quantities are available on enquiry only. For delivery outside the Netherlands, included shipping is first checked and confirmed.
Custom work, withdrawal and warranty
A custom keychain is not prefabricated: it is made to the customer’s individual text, colour, configuration or logo. The statutory distance-purchase withdrawal period therefore does not apply. This does not limit the right to a conforming product or other statutory warranty. Report a defect or complaint using the contact details below; OmniTechs assesses the appropriate statutory remedy without charge.
Direct lamp, vase and ready-made keychain orders
On product pages under /en/lamps and /en/3d-printed-vases, choose the model, colour or colours from the standard filament palette and quantity, and enter a Netherlands delivery address. At /en/keychains choose an existing design and quantity. Ready-made keychain colours are fixed as shown in the photographs. The unit price is shown excluding and including 21% VAT; the full VAT-inclusive amount is paid through Stripe. Netherlands shipping is included; this flow does not support delivery outside the Netherlands. The product page defines the lamp supply: complete lamps include the stated holder, cord and light source; printed-only shades or components exclude electrical parts as stated. A vase is decorative and needs a watertight insert for fresh flowers. An email confirmation follows payment. OmniTechs prints and delivers the product within thirty days. Product photographs are example images of the design.
Withdrawal for lamps, vases and ready-made keychains
A lamp, vase or ready-made keychain from the fixed range is not custom work; a standard-palette lamp or vase colour choice does not change that. You have fourteen days to withdraw, starting on receipt. Notify [email protected] within that period; no reason is required. Return the product within fourteen days of notification, undamaged and preferably in its original packaging. OmniTechs refunds the purchase amount including original shipping within fourteen days of notification using the same payment method. We may wait until the product is returned or proof of dispatch is shown. Statutory rights to a conforming product remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Text, design, code, branding and own media are protected where rights apply. Use beyond normal viewing, quotation with attribution or legally permitted use requires prior permission.
Safe use
Do not abuse the website, bypass security, overload it through automation, submit harmful content or impersonate another person. We may block misuse to protect the site and others.
Availability and external links
We aim to provide a usable website but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. External websites and services have their own responsibilities and terms.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that may not lawfully be limited. Dutch law applies, with jurisdiction determined by the applicable legal rules.
