A decorative vase for dry stems and a shell around an inner pot have different requirements. Identify which job you want the selected OT model to perform.

Measure what passes through the opening

Record the insert's largest diameter, height and projecting rim. The usable opening and internal depth determine whether it fits; the vase's outside size alone cannot establish that.

For plants, discuss drainage, water collection and placement. An insert, inner pot or saucer in a photograph is not automatically included.

State whether the print holds dried flowers, surrounds an inner pot, supports cuttings or touches water directly. A photograph does not establish long-term water retention.

Can a printed vase hold water?

Do not assume that from the photograph or vase-mode printing. State dry use or a separate water-holding insert. Measure the insert at several heights so the opening, inside depth and removal path can be assessed. The quote confirms whether an insert is supplied.

How do I request a quote for a particular model?

Use Request a quote beside that model. WhatsApp opens with its name and stable OT number. Add quantity, size, preferred colour, use, date and delivery postcode/country before sending.

Why is there no fixed price beside the image?

Size, material, print time, finishing and quantity affect the quote. We assess the requested execution first. A catalogue image does not establish stock or a delivery promise.

Am I buying a file or a physical print?

This catalogue is a starting point for commissioning a physical printed object. Source files are not sold or supplied as downloads here.

Can a model be resized or modified?

Send the required dimensions and what must fit. We check the model licence and geometry before accepting a modification. Scaling also changes thin features, openings and joints; design work and any trial are quoted separately.

Include the OT number. We assess the execution.

Send the preferred date, quantity, colour, size, use and destination. Assessment and a quote come before production and scheduling.
