These are starting prices per year. The final scope and price are agreed in a written proposal before work begins; an enquiry creates no subscription.

Standalone work without a plan receives its own one-time quote. Physical products such as review stands and keychains have their own fixed price.

Solution Sprint — €1,250 excl. VAT This is optional, independent discovery; implementation is quoted separately only if needed.

Care is optional monthly support for existing, standalone or additional work. Hosting and agreed technical maintenance are already part of the annual plans, so Care is never charged twice alongside a plan.

Typical delivery target
Sprint results are usually delivered within ten working days after the workshop and receipt of the required information.
Proposal and support
The Solution Sprint is not an extended sales conversation. It is independent project work that investigates the problem, users, dependencies, risks and scope before an implementation price is provided. Implementation is not included. If the same project later moves to implementation, the Sprint already paid is applied as prior payment plus €300 Preferred Client Credit, on one consistent basis. That is not €1,550 off.
Fulfilment
A workshop with documented findings and, where useful, a prototype, technical test or system diagram. A simpler existing solution is recommended when custom software is unnecessary.

ONE is a Smart Link or a one-page website. LOCAL connects a business page, webshop, menu, ordering, Brengo delivery where available and two QR/NFC stands every two months. COMPANY is an annual technology engagement whose proposal selects the building blocks.

The plans are not interchangeable bundles of every service. The published inclusion, exclusion and separate-cost lists define the boundary for each one. Earlier packages, quotes and orders keep the terms they were agreed on.

When custom implementation first needs independent investigation

The Solution Sprint is not an extended sales conversation. It is independent project work that investigates the problem, users, dependencies, risks and scope before an implementation price is provided.

Implementation is not included, and you are not required to commission it from OmniTechs. No implementation price is promised before the necessary scope work is complete. If a simpler existing solution is sufficient, we recommend it.

Commercial boundaries before work begins

All published prices exclude VAT. The annual plans are starting prices per year: not a fixed checkout price, not a monthly option and not an automatic subscription. An annual plan is never added to a one-time quote or divided into months. Payment timing is confirmed in writing rather than invented on this page.

What happens after the plan year, and any third-party licences, usage or shipping costs that apply, are confirmed in the written proposal before work begins.

Customer content, business data and domain remain the customer’s property. No plan or product guarantees search rankings, reviews, enquiries or revenue.

Website maintenance, management and support

Care is optional monthly support for a website or custom solution already delivered by OmniTechs, such as an earlier package or standalone project. ONE, LOCAL and COMPANY already include hosting and agreed technical maintenance, so Care is not charged twice alongside them. It can be cancelled monthly with one calendar month of notice.

Having a website maintained here means hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and bounded text changes. It is not unlimited management, ongoing SEO, or WordPress maintenance for unrelated sites.

Every response target applies on Dutch business days. There is no contractual SLA and no round-the-clock availability: OmniTechs is run by one person and promises only what that allows.

Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve. Care guarantees no rankings, reviews, enquiries or revenue.

WordPress hosting with your own AI

For an existing WordPress site, we offer a separate annual hosting proposal with site-scoped MCP access for your compatible AI. We assess the site, client and intended changes first; this is separate from Care and a complete website build.

New scope stays separate

A new feature, extra language, integration or other change is assessed separately so it does not silently change the accepted scope. Changing plans is recorded as a new written scope; there is no automatic proration.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Do the prices include VAT?

No. Every published amount on this page is presented excluding VAT.

What exactly is included?

The scope section for each plan lists what the starting price covers, what it does not cover and which costs are separate. Those sections are the public scope source; the written proposal sets the final scope.

Are there recurring costs?

The annual plans are annual by nature; what happens after the plan year is set out in the proposal and there is no automatic renewal. Third-party costs are confirmed in writing before work begins. For standalone or earlier work, hosting, updates and maintenance can continue through Care.

What is website maintenance at OmniTechs?

Website maintenance and website management run through Care, attached to work OmniTechs has already delivered. That covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and bounded text changes. It is not unlimited management, ongoing SEO, or a retainer for sites built elsewhere.

What does website maintenance cost?

Website maintenance costs are the three Care levels: Care Basis — €39 per month excl. VAT · Response within two business days; Care Plus — €119 per month excl. VAT · Response within one business day; Care Pro — €345 per month excl. VAT · Response the same business day. Every level is cancellable monthly, and paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve.

Can I cancel website management monthly?

Yes. Care, and with it website management and website support, can be cancelled monthly with one calendar month of notice. Outsourcing hosting in Groningen is not a separate city page: OmniTechs is based in Groningen and publishes the national Care levels on this pricing page.

Do you offer WordPress maintenance as a standalone service?

No. Care is not a WordPress maintenance package and not a generic management retainer. Having a website maintained by OmniTechs belongs with delivered work. There is no separate Groningen website-maintenance URL.

Does Care include an SLA or round-the-clock cover?

No. Every response target applies on Dutch business days. A contractual SLA and round-the-clock availability are outside every Care level, because OmniTechs is run by one person.

Is custom implementation included in the Solution Sprint?

No. The sprint is independent investigation and scope work. Implementation is not included, and no implementation price is promised before the necessary scope work is complete.

Is the Solution Sprint deducted from later implementation?

If the same project later moves to implementation, the Sprint already paid is applied as prior payment plus €300 Preferred Client Credit, on one consistent basis. That is not an automatic €1,550 discount. After a Session, that €150 counts toward the Sprint: the top-up is €1,100, so total discovery paid is €1,250, not €1,400. Credits do not stack; the highest bonus is €300. Credit application stays a written proposal.

What happens when the requested work sits outside a package?

It is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before work begins. OmniTechs may also recommend a simpler existing solution when custom work is unnecessary.
