The three website and contact packages have fixed prices and can be compared with each other. The Solution Sprint is not a website package; it is paid discovery for custom work whose approach is not yet clear.

Ongoing maintenance and support are optional, cancellable monthly and priced separately from the one-off packages. The three Care levels are listed further down this page.

Presence Starter is the compact smart-link and physical-touchpoint route. Local Launch adds a focused one-page website. Local Presence System adds the interview-led content and local-presence work stated in its canonical offer.
The packages are not interchangeable bundles of every service. The published inclusion and exclusion lists define the boundary for each one.
The Solution Sprint is not an extended sales conversation. It is independent project work that investigates the problem, users, dependencies, risks and scope before an implementation price is provided.
Implementation is not included, and you are not required to commission it from OmniTechs. No implementation price is promised before the necessary scope work is complete. If a simpler existing solution is sufficient, we recommend it.
All published prices exclude VAT. Required inputs, access, delivery wording, revision boundaries, included support and fulfilment are stated in the canonical offer cards. Project-specific payment milestones are confirmed in writing rather than invented on this page.
Hosting renewal is optional. Current renewal terms and any third-party subscriptions, licences or shipping costs that apply are confirmed separately before work begins.
Customer content, business data and domain remain the customer’s property. No package guarantees search rankings, reviews, enquiries or revenue.
Care is website maintenance and management for a website or custom solution already delivered by OmniTechs. It can be cancelled monthly with one calendar month of notice.
Having a website maintained here means hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and bounded text changes. It is not unlimited management, ongoing SEO, or WordPress maintenance for unrelated sites.
Every response target applies on Dutch business days. There is no contractual SLA and no round-the-clock availability: OmniTechs is run by one person and promises only what that allows.
Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve. Care guarantees no rankings, reviews, enquiries or revenue.
Feedback is consolidated within the revision boundary of the selected offer. A new feature, extra language, integration or other change is assessed separately so it does not silently change the accepted scope.
No. Every published amount on this page is presented excluding VAT.
The canonical card for each offer lists its inclusions, exclusions, required inputs, delivery wording, renewal boundary, support and fulfilment. Those cards are the public scope source.
Only where they apply and are confirmed. The applicable packages state their included hosting period. Renewal is optional, and current renewal terms or third-party costs are confirmed in writing before work begins. After that period, hosting, updates and website maintenance can continue through Care.
Website maintenance and website management run through Care, attached to work OmniTechs has already delivered. That covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and bounded text changes. It is not unlimited management, ongoing SEO, or a retainer for sites built elsewhere.
Website maintenance costs are the three Care levels: Care Basis — €39 per month excl. VAT · Response within two business days; Care Plus — €119 per month excl. VAT · Response within one business day; Care Pro — €345 per month excl. VAT · Response the same business day. Every level is cancellable monthly, and paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve.
Yes. Care, and with it website management and website support, can be cancelled monthly with one calendar month of notice. Outsourcing hosting in Groningen is not a separate city page: OmniTechs is based in Groningen and publishes the national Care levels on this pricing page.
No. Care is not a WordPress maintenance package and not a generic management retainer. Having a website maintained by OmniTechs belongs with delivered work. There is no separate Groningen website-maintenance URL.
No. Every response target applies on Dutch business days. A contractual SLA and round-the-clock availability are outside every Care level, because OmniTechs is run by one person.
No. The sprint is independent investigation and scope work. Implementation is not included, and no implementation price is promised before the necessary scope work is complete.
If the same project later moves to implementation, the Sprint already paid is applied as prior payment plus €300 Preferred Client Credit, on one consistent basis. That is not an automatic €1,550 discount. After a Session, that €150 counts toward the Sprint: the top-up is €1,100, so total discovery paid is €1,250, not €1,400. Credits do not stack; the highest bonus is €300. Credit application stays a written proposal.
It is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before work begins. OmniTechs may also recommend a simpler existing solution when custom work is unnecessary.
