Privacy
Clear about the data this website processes.
OmniTechs measures website use with cookie-free Ahrefs Web Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (G-THF720EJ97) and production-restricted Microsoft Clarity (xycv9q69tg). Analytics and replay are off by default until you make a choice. Intake, payment, resume and booking screens are excluded from replay. Separate advertising pixels, custom visitor identities and a separate website lead database remain disabled. This statement covers measurement, necessary hosting and security, contact requests, paid discovery, optional Telegram website chat, the temporary AI visibility check and the separately optional AI presence test.
At a glance
Contact requests are sent to the business mailbox only when the secure mail configuration is active; the website does not store a lead in a database or CRM. If website chat is visible and you send a message, we keep a temporary website copy and send the message with a bounded page route to our private Telegram operator chat and, when enabled, the Customer Service group and private messages of members who opted into notifications. The free AI visibility check processes a public website URL and a temporary result. Only when the separate AI presence test is visible and you consent separately are six questions containing your service and region sent to OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity. Use email, phone or WhatsApp directly if you prefer not to use website chat.

Contact requests
The submitted fields are processed to validate input, limit basic abuse and, only with active secure mail configuration, send your request to the business mailbox. The website writes no lead record to a database or CRM. Safe operational telemetry contains only bounded outcomes and reasons, the language and the selected fixed-offer code or none; it contains no free text, request details, contact information or message content.
Website chat through Telegram
Chat appears only when the support feature is fully released. Its separate analytics-free support environment loads only after you open it. Before starting, we ask for and store an email address or phone number so we can contact you after the window closes. A sent message also supplies its text, language and a bounded page route. PostgreSQL keeps the website copy and a nonreversible derivative of the random session token; the browser receives a secure host-bound cookie. Contact details, message and route also reach the private Telegram operator chat and, when enabled, the Customer Service group and private messages of members who opted into notifications. Authorised members can reply in the group or through private messages; the existing operator can also use the Telegram Mini App. Telegram processes its provider copy under its own terms and infrastructure.
- An empty chat expires after about one hour. After a message is sent, the website copy remains available for at most thirty days and is physically removed shortly afterwards through bounded periodic cleanup.
- Delete website copy removes only the OmniTechs/PostgreSQL copy. It does not remove Telegram messages already sent.
- OmniTechs manually cleans up Telegram topics and messages in the operator chat, group and private messages under the support procedure. An uncertain timeout during topic creation may leave an orphan topic that also requires manual removal.
- Operational telemetry contains bounded outcomes, stages and error classes only: no contact details, message text, page content, session tokens, Telegram identifiers, headers or secrets.
AI replies in website chat
When AI replies are enabled, your message text and at most the last sixteen conversation messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI, depending on the configured provider. The public OmniTechs overview at /llms.txt is also supplied. Separately entered contact fields are not sent as contact fields, but contact details you type into a message are included. The provider processes requests under its own terms and retention policy. AI replies may contain errors; a staff member can take over. If the provider fails, chat uses a fixed reply and the message remains available to a staff member. Deleting the website copy does not automatically delete provider copies already sent. You can use email or phone directly.
- AI telemetry contains only the provider, outcome, error class and a bounded duration class, never messages, answers, contact details or API keys.
AI visibility check
The check processes a public website URL to assess a small bounded set of reachable pages and robots instructions. Private addresses, logins and unusual ports are rejected. The result stays in web-server memory for at most one hour and also disappears on restart. We do not email a scan, create a lead record or put URLs, page content, IP addresses or scan IDs in operational telemetry. The score estimates technical readiness; it does not prove that a search or AI product indexes, displays or cites the website.
Optional AI presence test
This follow-up appears only after a completed visibility check, when OmniTechs deliberately enables it and all three provider APIs are configured. After separate consent, six fixed Dutch purchase-intent questions containing only your service and region are sent to OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity. Your company name, website and at most three competitor names are not included in those questions; the OmniTechs server uses them locally to compare returned text and citations. The OpenAI request disables response storage with store: false; providers may otherwise process API requests under their own terms, security and retention policies. A nonreversible limiter key stays in process memory for at most 24 hours; the raw IP address is not retained for it. Check provider terms before consenting.
- Full input remains in memory during execution only and is then released.
- The derived result remains in bounded process memory for at most one hour and disappears on restart.
- A per-process derived limiter key enforces at most one test per visitor per day.
- Telemetry contains only bounded outcomes, coverage classes and failure stages: no company names, questions, answers, URLs, citations, scan IDs or IP addresses.
Paid AI 3D model generator
The generator at /en/3d-model-generator requires an email-and-password account. Generation sends the prompt, uploaded or generated images and resulting task status to OpenAI for images and Meshy.ai for 3D meshes. Digital Credits are bought through Stripe. OmniTechs stores the account, credit balance, task status and temporary images to show the workspace. Telemetry contains bounded outcomes such as accepted, rejected or failed, never prompts, images, email addresses or model files. Meshy files are proxied only from assets.meshy.ai.
Keychain orders
For custom keychains, OmniTechs stores the design, quantity, colours, NFC choice, name, email and delivery address to produce and ship the order, administer payment and meet legal obligations. Stripe processes the fifty-percent deposit; Stripe holds only the internal order reference alongside payment details. For ready-made keychains, OmniTechs stores the chosen design, quantity, optional note, name, email and delivery address, and Stripe processes the full amount. After payment the customer receives a written email confirmation and the business mailbox receives execution details. Order telemetry contains bounded step outcomes only, with no design, address or contact details.
Lamp and vase orders
OmniTechs stores the model, colours, quantity, optional note, name, email and delivery address to produce and ship the order, administer payment and meet legal obligations. To check the address, the website sends only the entered postcode and house number to PDOK, the Dutch public address service; name and email are not sent there. Stripe processes payment and receives your email, ordered model and order reference. The customer receives an email confirmation and the business mailbox receives execution details. Telemetry contains only order-step outcomes, with no address or contact details.
Paid discovery requests
A Solution Session or technical 3D review stores name, email, description, optional files, selected service, offer version and payment status in a private PostgreSQL record. Files stay private, without a public or guessable URL. Stripe processes payment; iDEAL | Wero and cards are the intended methods. A Session calendar through Calendly appears only after verified payment; Calendly then receives name and email for scheduling. If online payment is temporarily unavailable, the request and files are emailed to the business mailbox and a payment link follows by email.
Hosting, security and server logs
Cloudflare processes website traffic for hosting, availability and security. Technical server logs may contain time, route, IP address and technical error information when needed for operation and security.
Direct contact and email
If you use an email link or your own mail application, Google Workspace receives and processes the correspondence in the business mailbox. A message may remain there and in normal email-service backups as long as needed for your question, agreements and applicable obligations. The website preview does not enable an SMTP relay.
Retention
An empty website chat expires after about one hour. After a sent message the website copy remains for at most thirty days and is removed shortly after expiry by bounded periodic cleanup. Telegram has a separate provider copy that OmniTechs cleans up manually. Visibility-check and optional presence-test results each remain only in memory for at most one hour; the optional test limiter key remains for at most 24 hours. The website stores no contact request as a lead record. Direct or form-generated mailbox correspondence that does not lead to an assignment is deleted no later than twelve months after the last substantive contact, unless a legal obligation or defending rights requires longer retention. Technical log retention follows verified hosting and security configuration.
Your rights
You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the law permits. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
Work Order Maker
At /en/work-order-template, work-order data, logos, photos and signatures are processed in your browser during editing, preview and export. The work order is not automatically sent to OmniTechs. By default the draft stays only in memory. Only after you choose local saving is a draft without a reusable signature stored in this device’s browser storage; other device users may access it, and clearing browser data may delete it. Download a private backup if you want an editable copy. That backup may include prices and attachments. An enquiry or sharing your PDF is a separate action you initiate. This route loads no Clarity replay. Normal website traffic and limited non-content interaction measurement remain possible under the other sections.
Cookies and analytics
Public Dutch and English pages load Ahrefs Web Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (G-THF720EJ97) and Microsoft Clarity (xycv9q69tg) on permitted routes. The separate Servana demo and support.omnitechs.nl chat documents are outside this analytics shell. Before a deliberate click, the marketing-page launcher loads no conversation, support API or Telegram script. Ahrefs states that its measurement uses no cookies or persistent identity. It processes aggregate page views, referrers, browser language, screen size, document title, user agent and country or city; according to Ahrefs, an IP address is used only to create a daily unique-visitor hash and is then not retained. GA4 measures public marketing-host page views and a fixed short set of interactions: action button and page position, published package or bounded service-intake code, bounded problem or solution type where applicable, catalogue category, occasion group and destination route owner, fit-check start and submission, calculator use and a visibility-check result. OmniTechs-added parameters use short codes from closed lists: no product names or OT numbers, search or personalisation text, requested dates, messages or photos, full URLs, entered fields, scanned URLs, amounts, scores or visitor identity. GA4 also processes ordinary page context including location, referrer and document title. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled; Google Analytics may use analytics cookies. Clarity processes masked page structure, URL/referrer, technical browser, device and location data, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and window dimensions for heatmaps and replay across pages. OmniTechs marks all page content for masking and sends no custom Clarity identities, tags or events. Advertising and analytics storage are disabled by default until you choose. Intake, payment, resume and booking screens load no Clarity replay. Refusal does not break forms or checkout. Clarity may then set _clck to retain its visitor identity and _clsk to connect page views into a session. Microsoft-related cookies such as MUID may also be used; advertising storage permits Microsoft Ads-related processing including retargeting, conversion and campaign effectiveness. Microsoft publishes thirty-day retention for playback data and up to nine months for click and heatmap data and labelled or favourite sessions. Raw entered fields, contact details, chat content, scan results and calculator values are not sent to these analytics services. A blocker, browser setting or opt-out can prevent measurement. Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, Google Ireland Limited and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited process this data for OmniTechs. Essential technical security or session functions may be used when needed for operation.
