Brengo is an OmniTechs-owned pilot in Groningen, not a national courier service and not a client case. Whether Brengo delivery can run for your location is confirmed in the proposal. Core parts that do not fit your business can simply stay unused.

ONE (from €350/year excl. VAT) includes your chosen Smart Link or one-page website, managed hosting and agreed technical maintenance during the plan year. That chosen format is included; a second build invoice is not compulsory. LOCAL (from €850/year excl. VAT) has its own connected-business scope around the business page, orders and physical touchpoints. It is not a generic custom-website package.
For a standalone website without an annual plan, the existing nonbinding estimate starts at €1,500 excluding VAT, one-time. Its initial configuration includes 5 pages using your supplied copy, technical basic SEO, a contact form, 1 language and 2 revision rounds. Required additions are included in the complete written quote, not hidden behind the starting estimate.
After a standalone build, choose separately agreed Care for eligible OmniTechs-delivered work or a complete no-Care launch and handover. Before work starts, agree a compatible target with working hosting, a capable operator who accepts the handover, access, documentation, licences and external costs. Declining Care does not leave you with an unhosted design. You can ask for advice without choosing either route first.
Compare inclusions, annual prices and the standalone estimate
Start with the audience, the visitor's question and the action they should finish. List the pages, approved facts, copy and images you can supply, plus forms, languages and integrations. Agree what makes the delivery acceptable: mobile use, accessibility, a working contact path, launch and an accepted operator.
OmniTechs handles the agreed structure, design, development, technical search foundations, testing and publication. You supply accurate business facts, content rights, required access, decisions and approval. Before work, assign domain, hosting, privacy and security duties, external services and costs. Agree specific source-code, access, export and licence terms; not every site has the same transfer options. The optional English project-brief worksheet below helps you prepare; it is not a requirement for an enquiry.
Agree a site-specific maintenance/check schedule, a change queue and named incident, backup and recovery responsibilities. Hosting and agreed technical maintenance already included in an annual plan are not charged again as Care. Extra content, features and development are included only where the written scope says so.
Annual continuation, changes or ending with a handover are set out in the proposal; there is no automatic renewal. Your domain, business content and business data remain yours. Keep a record of the agreed work and review what the next period needs. Specific access, export, licences and exit assistance are agreed before work begins.
If the current website still fits and you need hosting or support, use the separate assessed WordPress route. We assess the site, plugins, access and work before agreeing any migration. An inherited site is not automatically eligible for Care. The self-service starter creates a new site; it does not include migration or human maintenance.

A website helps when potential customers cannot find offer, proof and contact in one trustworthy place. A one-page site can be enough for one clear journey; more audiences, languages or integrations may need a wider scope.
Replacement makes sense when content is structurally unclear, the mobile path breaks, maintenance is no longer responsible, or the platform blocks necessary changes. A visual refresh alone is not a reason for a full rebuild.

A business website explains the offer and leads to contact. If known users must log in, change data, track status or run transactions, investigate a web application or portal separately — do not silently add that complexity to a website package.
