How do I have a Telegram bot built?
Start with one conversation that returns often, for example a request, service notice or status update. Record the start, allowed actions, exceptions, human handoff and privacy boundary. Then the bot is connected to Telegram via the official Bot API and tested with real conversation situations.
What can a Telegram bot do for a business?
After a deliberate start, a Telegram bot can answer questions, structure intake, show buttons and menus, send notices, call systems and hand a conversation to a staff member. Exact capabilities depend on business rules, integrations, consent and the desired operations model.
Can a Telegram bot send the first message by itself?
No. A bot cannot freely start a conversation with a user. The user opens or starts the bot first. After that the bot can reply inside that relationship and send agreed notices. The browser demo on this page also uses Telegram's share sheet, where you choose Saved Messages or another chat yourself.

No. The trial chat and keywords run entirely in your browser and are not sent to or stored by OmniTechs. Only when you deliberately press the Telegram share button does Telegram receive the visible sample text and the link to this page.
