Polar Arches has its own arch geometry; it is not simply a different size of Concave Arches. The selected reference includes the printed hanger. Thin walls and the hanger need careful handling; their strength has not been physically tested.

Bambu P1S · nozzle 0.4 mm, calibrated SUNLU PLA+, Bambu Studio 02.08.02.61. For multiple parts we add up the separate print runs; we have not optimised a combined print plate.

These are calculated reference values, not a weighed product or a physical test print. The usage includes generated support material. Assembly, finishing, loose parts and extra material for colour changes are not included. Print time is not delivery time. A different size, colour layout or print setting changes the calculation.
