One URL, the most useful actions

A professional link in bio that helps customers take the next step.

A useful bio link is not just a stack of buttons. It prioritises the action that matters in context: contact, directions, booking, a menu, a portfolio, a social profile or an honest review. OmniTechs creates branded smart links that work from social media and physical QR/NFC touchpoints.

ONE — From €350/year excl. VAT

What is a smart link?

A smart link is a focused mobile page with several agreed actions behind one manageable URL. The same URL can open from a social profile, QR code or NFC touchpoint without requiring an app.

Useful when customers need

  • a fast choice between contact, directions, booking or a menu
  • one consistent destination from social media and physical spaces
  • a branded alternative to a generic collection of links

A full website is better when

  • the offer needs substantial explanation or evidence
  • separate services need their own customer journeys
  • search-focused content is a primary requirement

Decide before you spend

A free link-in-bio builder, or a managed page?

Plenty of businesses are served perfectly well by a free builder. This comparison is here so the difference is visible before you decide, not after.

Fewer, better actions

What a business link in bio should contain, and what to leave out

A focused bio link answers one question: what should this visitor be able to do right now? Everything that does not help answer it competes for attention with the thing that does.

Long company history, every social account ever opened, several links to the same destination and vague labels all lower the chance that someone completes the useful step. A short, clearly labelled set works better than a complete one.

  • The one action most visitors arrive for
  • Calling, email or WhatsApp where a real person answers
  • Directions, opening hours, booking or a menu when the visit is physical
  • The website, when there is more to explain than a page of buttons can hold
  • An honest review route, when asking is appropriate at that moment

How the work runs

What you supply, and what comes back

A Smart Link is one of the two formats in the ONE annual plan (from €350/year excl. VAT). You supply the actions the page should carry, your logo and your brand colour. We set up the page, test it on phones and provide hosting and agreed technical maintenance during the plan year.

Photographs are optional and come from you. A physical stand, photography, social-media management and unlimited changes are outside the starting price, and the scope says so plainly so nobody has to guess later.

  • The agreed links or actions
  • Your logo and brand colour
  • Mobile layout, tested on phones
  • Hosting and agreed technical maintenance during the plan year
  • Scope and schedule in a written proposal

Designed per trade

The theme belongs to the work you do

A barbershop, a plumber and a beauty salon do not need the same page. Button order, colour depth, type size and tap-target size differ by situation: a plumber gets called outdoors with wet hands, a salon visitor arrives from Instagram to check whether there is a slot left.

So we work from a small set of themes designed per trade and tune them to your logo and brand colour, rather than recolouring one template.

From a physical moment to a mobile action

QR works through a camera and NFC through a tap on a compatible device. Both can open the same tested destination, so customers can choose the interaction that is easiest for them.

The value is in the complete route: correct links, a readable mobile page, configuration, testing and a physical touchpoint that makes its purpose clear.

The touchpoint does not have to be a card on a counter. A keychain, a tag or a printed object can carry the same tested link, and it is made in the same workshop that configures it.

Made in Groningen

What the physical half of a smart link looks like

A tested link still has to live on something a customer wants to pick up. These are keychains, tags and inlays printed and photographed in the Groningen workshop — no renders, no stock photography.

  • A full build plate of dozens of red and white keychains, held up against a blue sky.

One plate, thirty-odd tags, printed in two colours at once and not yet lifted off.

  • Different 3D-printed keychains arranged in a ring: text, icons, spirals and figures.

Text, icon, spiral or figure — different shapes and colour combinations from the workshop.

  • Four 3D-printed keychains reading beste OMA in blue, black, green and orange.

One shape, four colours, printed the same day.

  • A keychain with its key ring inside a sealed holographic pouch.

This is how one leaves: ring fitted, pouch sealed, ready to hand over.

  • A bare NFC inlay with a visible antenna coil and chip, on a wooden table.

This is what goes inside: an NFC inlay with its antenna coil and chip, before the print closes over it.

  • Slicer view of the layer structure of a keychain with a pocket for an NFC inlay.

Layer view in the slicer. The pocket the NFC inlay drops into is decided before anything prints.

Honest reviews only

Make the genuine Google Review route easier to reach

A QR/NFC touchpoint can open the correct Google Review route at a natural customer moment. It reduces search and typing, but it does not create, filter or guarantee reviews.

OmniTechs does not use review gating that sends people to different destinations based on expected sentiment. The route should invite every customer to share an honest experience.

  • Verify the correct business review destination
  • Configure and test QR and NFC
  • Place the touchpoint where the request is appropriate
  • Ask for an honest review without filtering customers

A configured service, not a platform you log into

There is no OmniTechs product to sign up for, no dashboard and no monthly seat. The page is built, branded, tested and hosted for you within the plan, and the agreed destinations are set out in the written proposal.

That is worth paying for when the details would otherwise go unchecked: correct destinations, one consistent brand, readable typography and contrast on a phone, both QR and NFC tested on real devices, and a physical touchpoint that belongs on the counter. When none of that is a concern, a free builder is the sensible choice and we will say so.

Frequently asked questions about smart links

What does link in bio mean?

It is the clickable external link in a social profile. That link can open a focused smart-link page containing several useful business actions.

Can my social profiles go on the smart link?

Yes. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube or Pinterest each get their own block with your handle. Every profile counts as one of the agreed actions.

Can the page show photographs?

Yes, using photographs you supply. A compact gallery can show the place, the work or the result. Photography itself is not part of the package.

When is a free link-in-bio builder good enough?

When you need a handful of links, you are comfortable keeping them correct yourself, and the provider's branding, free-tier limits and terms are acceptable to you. In that situation a managed page adds cost rather than value.

Is OmniTechs a link-in-bio platform I can sign up for?

No. There is no account or dashboard to join. Within ONE it is a configured service agreed in a written proposal: the page is built, branded, tested and hosted for you during the plan year.

What should I leave off a bio link page?

Anything that competes with the action you actually want. Company history, every social profile you have ever opened, duplicate links to the same destination and unclear labels all make the useful step harder to find.

What is the difference between a smart link and a website?

A smart link is a compact action layer. A website gives more room to explain the offer, publish evidence and serve distinct information needs.

Do QR and NFC need an app?

Usually no. A QR code opens through the device camera and NFC can open through a tap on a compatible, enabled device. Behaviour varies by device and settings, so the visible QR code remains the fallback and both routes are tested before delivery.

Can the destination links change later?

The smart-link page can be updated without replacing the physical URL or tag, within the agreed maintenance arrangements. Unlimited changes are not part of ONE’s starting price.

Who controls the page and its destinations?

The page is built for your business and the destinations are agreed with you in writing. What the plan year covers, how changes are handled and what happens at the end of it are set out in the written proposal rather than assumed. Your domain, business content and business data remain yours.

Does the Google Review route filter negative feedback?

No. OmniTechs does not build review gating. The route reduces friction for an honest review and does not guarantee a rating or number of reviews.

What does a Smart Link cost?

As part of the ONE annual plan: from €350/year excl. VAT, including hosting and agreed technical maintenance. The written proposal sets the final price.
