Write the correct URL with Android or iPhone, test the tag, then request your personal profile. You decide which details become public.

This is an invitation pilot for a keychain with a valid code. A request is not instant activation: the free period starts only on the date OmniTechs confirms in writing.

Put this URL on every keychain that has not been activated yet. After activation, replace it once with the personal profile URL you receive.

Android and iPhone

Write the link in about one minute

NFC Tools follows almost the same path on both platforms. The exact NFC antenna position varies by phone and case.

Do not lock the tag

Do not choose ‘Lock’, ‘Read only’ or permanent locking. That can be irreversible and would prevent you from writing the personal Smart Link later.

Android

Turn on NFC in the phone settings. Remove a thick or metal case if scanning is unreliable.

Choose Add a record, then URL / URI.

Choose Write and hold the back of the phone steadily against the keychain until the app confirms writing is complete.

Use a supported iPhone and hold the top of the phone near the tag.

Test it before handing it over

Read the official NFC Tools instructions

Close NFC Tools and scan with the phone's normal NFC function.
Test with a second phone too, if one is available.
Check that exactly the intended HTTPS page opens.
Prefer one URL record; always put the main link in the first record.

Included pilot

Twelve months of Smart Link, with no automatic charge

The pilot creates one mobile profile that OmniTechs publishes manually after review. The profile shows only the fields you provide and keeps its maker visible.

Term: 12 months from confirmed activation
Cost: Free during the pilot; no payment card needed
Renewal: No automatic renewal or charge
Profile: One managed mobile profile with optional fields
Afterwards: Continues only under a new written agreement
Attribution: ‘Smart Link by OmniTechs’ remains visible

There is no account or dashboard yet. OmniTechs checks the keychain code, confirms the content and activates the profile manually. Without a new agreement, the profile is taken offline after the confirmed end date.

Every public field under ‘optional’ can be left blank. Your code, private reply email and profile name are only needed to check the request and get back to you.

Frequently asked questions

When does the free year begin?

On the activation date OmniTechs confirms in writing, not when you submit the form or buy the keychain.

Do I need to complete every profile field?

No. Bio, website, Spotify playlist, address, phone, public email and social media links are each independently optional.

Can I change a link later?

The public profile URL stays the same. Ask OmniTechs to update the managed profile content; the NFC tag does not need to be rewritten.

What happens after twelve months?

Nothing is charged automatically. The profile continues only under a new written agreement; without one, it goes offline after the confirmed end date.
