The short answer
Yes. Design and development can be delivered for a single, agreed project fee without turning build costs into an indefinite monthly subscription.
This does not mean a website stays online forever for free. Domain registration, hosting, and any third-party services will still be needed. The difference is that these ongoing costs are not bundled into a mandatory monthly retainer for the initial build.

Sometimes a new website is not necessary yet. If an optimised Google Business Profile, an existing directory listing, or a simple smart link already handles your customer journey effectively, that may be the smaller, better solution.
From enquiry to launch
Each milestone prevents scope creep, unexpected fees, or unassigned responsibilities after launch.
You describe your business, audience, and the primary action for visitors. We assess whether a compact package is sufficient.
The deliverable, sections, required input, revision rounds, price, timeline, and boundaries are documented before kickoff.
For Local Launch, you provide base copy, logos, imagery, and access. For Local Presence System, an interview forms the basis of the copy.
The mobile-first page delivers one clear customer journey without adding unneeded bloat or complexity.
You collect feedback per agreed revision round. We implement edits within the confirmed scope.
Upon approval, we verify domain routing, SSL, and technical foundations before bringing the site live.
After the included period
Hosting renewal is optional. The current renewal terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Your domain, business content and business data remain yours. This ensures subsequent hosting decisions are clear well before launch.
If you choose not to renew, the included hosting period concludes. Project agreements specify beforehand what can technically be exported or transferred, who performs each step, the timeframe, and any associated fees. Without such an agreement, you cannot assume the identical website can be seamlessly migrated elsewhere.
Terms regarding design assets, technical files, external components, and codebase rights are confirmed in writing per project.

‘Paying once’ is only a sound proposition when the post-launch lifecycle is equally clear.
Review design, copywriting, mobile responsiveness, forms, SEO foundations, revision rounds, hosting, and support—not merely the number of sections.
