What kinds of fidget toys are there?

Fidget toys are small objects to keep your hands busy. They come in all kinds of shapes, and they differ mainly in what you do with them:

  • Clicking: pressing a button or key that clicks audibly, like a fidget clicker.
  • Pressing and popping: silicone bubbles that you press in and push back.
  • Spinning: spinners and turning discs.
  • Bending and moving: hinged figures that you bend in every direction.
  • Squeezing: soft balls or figures to squeeze.
  • Sliding: parts that you slide back and forth.

In this collection you mainly find clicking (the three clickers and the two retro controllers) and moving (the flexi pumpkin).

Which models are there and what moves or clicks?

The cat paw, the little dragon and the duckling have a standard mechanical keyboard switch from Outemu, which we fit ourselves. It gives a real click, like a key on a mechanical keyboard. On the cat paw the four toe beans spring back too.

The two retro controllers are printed from several parts that click together: the Mini Retro Snap from three parts, the RetroSnap from five. They click without a metal clicker or switch, and we assemble them before they ship. The flexi pumpkin is printed in one piece and has hinged sides; it does not click.

What does a keychain cost, is a ring included and how do I order?

Each design costs €19 incl. VAT, key ring included (Mini Retro Snap and RetroSnap: ball chain). We print it in the colours you see in the photos. You choose the design, pay via Stripe and we print after your payment. We deliver within 30 days; shipping within the Netherlands is included. Put a deadline in the remarks field; we confirm by email.

These are decorative prints, not toys; not suitable for children under 3 (small parts).

How sturdy is a printed fidget?

You pick up a fidget often and press it often. How well a 3D print copes with that depends on the design, the print direction and the material. You can read more about this in the knowledge-base article on how strong a 3D print is.

You will find more clickers and fidgets in our seasonal collection. For a keychain with your own text or logo, see custom keychains.
