Parts, material and use
The big eyes and green stem in the source image are a colour example. Printing small changes not only the overall size, but also the opening and the room the button has to move. A slice cannot confirm the click action or how well it wears on a full bunch of keys. So ask for a suitable way to carry it and a checked version for the intended use.
For a coat zip, compactness matters; on a desk, a larger clicker can be easier to hold. Compare the existing pumpkin clicker and FlexiPumpkin if you are unsure whether to press or to move. Say whether you need a ring and what it will hang from. The model is not offered as a certified children's toy or as an aid for a medical complaint.

Bambu P1S · nozzle 0.4 mm, calibrated SUNLU PLA+, Bambu Studio 02.08.02.61. For multiple parts we add up the separate print runs; we have not optimised a combined print plate.
These are calculated reference values, not a weighed product or a physical test print. The usage includes generated support material. Assembly, finishing, loose parts and extra material for colour changes are not included. Print time is not delivery time. A different size, colour layout or print setting changes the calculation.

3MF dimensions follow the embedded unit. For STL and OBJ geometry we assume millimetres; those files do not prove a unit of measurement themselves. For assembled products, outer dimensions per part are not a measurement of the finished object. A mask fit, lamp holder, load capacity or food safety does not follow from a successful slice.

An articulated joint, a push button and a keychain hole are different functions. Choose by the action you want, not only by the Halloween face. Say whether the object will lie on a desk or hang from a bag, and whether you expect assembly or a ring. Small parts remain a limit of use; these are decorative objects and not tested toys for young children. No medical benefits, concentration results or guaranteed silent mechanisms are promised.
What does the print calculation tell you?
The data for this example comes from a complete, selected print reference with SUNLU PLA+. It is not a measurement of a finished product. Material use can include support that is removed later; machine time does not include assembly, finishing or shipping. For separate parts, the individual print runs are added up. The table shows the selected quantities and outer dimensions per print geometry. Those dimensions do not prove inner space, fit or load capacity. A different scale or colour version needs a new assessment, because connections and extra material for colour changes can change.
