Dimensions and construction to discuss
MakerLab settings help describe the requested construction. They are tool references, not an OmniTechs standard package or production guarantee.
Reference design area: 256 × 256 mm
The X/P/A1 profile shows this design area. Feasible outside dimensions also depend on the logo, construction, printer profile and any split into parts.
Depth and panel thickness
The reference ranges are 20–100 mm housing depth, 0.6–1.2 mm front, 5–15 mm frame width and 1–3 mm back. Strength, printability and lighting determine appropriate values for your design.
Base, layers and fixing
The tool offers a base, optional diffusion and reflective layers, and rectangular, round or keyhole back openings. Agree the position and mounting surface before production.
Measurements to provide
Specify outside width × height, maximum depth, freestanding or mounted use, available space, viewing distance and cable direction. The quote confirms the physical scope.
Starting artwork
The tool dialogue accepts PNG, JPG, SVG and WebP up to 20 MB, or starts without an image or from a template. For an OmniTechs quote you may also supply a suitable vector PDF for manual review.
Standard or reversed construction
The right construction depends on your visible face, colour areas, lighting and back. It is selected after assessment.
Tool ranges are references. No individual setting, combination or 256 × 256 mm design is automatically guaranteed suitable for production.

Supply artwork that preserves your logo's outlines
SVG or a suitable vector PDF generally provides a useful starting point. If you only have PNG, send the highest-resolution version so we can assess whether cleaning or redrawing is necessary.
Thin letters, tiny openings and separate details can close up or become fragile at the intended size. We propose an adjustment or larger format rather than changing your branding silently.

Printed material, layer lines, the light source and ambient light influence colour and coverage. A screen colour or brand code is a reference, not a guarantee of an exact physical match.
Agree visible faces, cable and control access and the distance from which the logo must read. If colour or light distribution is critical, define a physical trial.

For several lightboxes, confirm a repeatable design and parts list and the checks each copy needs. Record variations so the correct logo, colour and size are repeated.

Is this an outdoor or facade lightbox?
No. This service covers compact 3D-printed displays for agreed indoor locations. An appropriate signmaker is needed for facade signage, outdoor use and installation.
Which logo file should I send?
Prefer SVG or a suitable vector PDF. A PNG can be assessed if the original is unavailable. Attach it manually and include the intended dimensions.
Can you match my brand colour exactly?
Files and colour codes provide a reference. Material, diffuser, light and surroundings affect the result. Agree a trial and tolerance when colour is critical.
Can it stand or be mounted?
Freestanding is the clearest starting point. A simple fixing can be assessed, but surface, construction and installation responsibility must be in the quote.
Can I request just one?
Yes. A single unit or small batch can be assessed. Availability, price and timing follow review.
What does a logo lightbox cost?
