Technical limit · leadership is in the essay

The backlink code was not opened. The lesson about the team already was.

Sina led a team here. The project did not make it. How that felt, and what stayed useful, is already in an essay. This page stays with the technical fragments that essay names, and with the fact that the repository is closed.

Two angles, one limit

sadeghesfahani/backlink could not be opened for this text. No local copy was found. So there are no paths, schemas, or results from that repository here.

The essay I Was Building Around AI Before AI Was Ready does not name the repository. Sina points at that piece as the other angle of this same story: a small team, an attempt that failed spectacularly, and the lesson that software is more than writing code.

Only what is already published

The technical fragments come from the essay

The essay describes work that called several services, normalised the answers, and offered one predictable API to the rest of the application. It names a Docker configuration of roughly a thousand lines that did not work, rebuilt while Docker still had to be learned. Angular came later, so more of the application could be carried than the backend alone.

The essay then assembles a small team and takes on larger projects. That attempt failed. Architecture, scope, communication, contracts between parts, testing, deployment, and ownership weighed as much as the code. That is the technical content this page is allowed to repeat, because it is already in the essay.

No invented system

A closed repository does not get an architecture diagram

A backlink product could have been a crawler, a score, or a report for clients. Without the code, this page does not choose among those. OmniTechs' SEO page is a different job: a backlink review looks at an existing profile. Links are not bought.

The leadership side is in the essay. A real link-profile review starts on the SEO route, not at this failed project.

The lesson is in the essay.

This page is the door to it, and the place that refuses to invent a codebase.
